Development of a Regional Preparation Programme for Supervisors of Nurses

NIPEC facilitated a Regional Forum for the Implementation of the Chief Nursing Officer's Standards for Supervision in Nursing. Click here to download a copy of the final report. A recommendation from the Forum was to develop a regional programme for preparation of supervisors.
