Project to develop a competency profile for nurses and midwives: promoting the mental health and well-being of children and young people In 2009, NIPEC was commissioned by the Chief Nursing Officer DHSSPS to develop a competency Profile for nurses and midwives: promoting the mental health and well-being of children and young people.
