The Council meets on a three monthly basis, usually the third Wednesday of the quarterly month with the meetings commencing at 2.00pm. The business of the Council is structured around "open" and "closed" sessions. The open sessions are where the majority of the Council’s work is carried out and they are open to the public to attend, with notices of the dates being put in the newspapers.
